How do I change the address on my driver License?
You may change your address at
www.servicearizona.com or by calling 520-629-9808. You may also submit a change of address by mail at the address above. If you want a new license with your new address, you may apply for a duplicate license at our website or by calling 877-301-8093, or visit any MVD or authorized third party office. The fee for a duplicate license is $4.00. The record will be updated at the time the new credential is issued.
